This month, take a few simple steps: use strong and unique passwords, enable multi-factor authentication where available, keep phones and computers updated, and be suspicious of unexpected messages asking you to click a link, send money, share a verification code or provide personal documents. Before responding to a message claiming to be from a bank, public service, employer or delivery company, verify it through the organisation’s official channel. If something feels urgent or unusual, stop and check first. Cybersecurity is a shared responsibility — protect yourself, your family and our community.
On the occasion of Pink October, the CCAS of Sarcelles — Pôle Autonomie et Santé is mobilizing throughout the month to raise awareness of breast cancer screening and the importance of prevention. Activities in Sarcelles neighborhood centers focus on screening, health prevention, nutrition, physical activity and well-being. Organized breast cancer screening is recommended every two years for women aged 50 to 74 who have no symptoms or particular risk factors other than age. Anyone with symptoms, particular risks or questions should speak with a healthcare professional. Inform, prevent, screen — let’s take care of our health.
She was able to discuss with the Minister about foreigners entering France — specifically whether they can take up a job. The Minister explained that to hold a job, the employee must hold a work authorization (also called a work permit). Otherwise, they cannot be hired. You can register as a jobseeker if you meet certain conditions: be looking for a job; be of working age (from 16 years old); for foreign workers, hold a residence permit allowing them to work in France and register with France Travail. Researchers who are foreign nationals must have a valid residence permit to receive unemployment benefits (France Travail).

The Ghana Youth United executive board convened at the Ghana Embassy in Paris for an official meeting. The team presented a formal dossier prepared for the Ghana Ambassador to France, H.E. Mavis Ama Frimpong, covering the association's work, support programs, and future plans for Ghanaian youth in France.
